Peter Pavement, Google Analytics specialist and director of web development company Surface Impression, will show how the web statistics tool can be used to understand audience behaviour in non-commercial, cultural sector websites. As well as practical techniques and skills, Peter will discuss different approaches organisations can take, based on the insights gained from observations of behaviour.
